We at the Brain Injury Association of Windsor & Essex County are committed to enhancing the lives of residents of Windsor and Essex County affected by acquired brain injury through awareness, education, and support.
Strategic Plan
B.I.A.W.E.’s strategic plan was developed using a collaborative approach that focused on collecting and analyzing current organizational data; a complete analysis of our strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities; an environmental scan of what others in our community are doing; and then feedback to help guide the sub-committee. The feedback came from the current Board of Directors, former board members, those living with acquired brain injury and their families, professionals, volunteers, donors and sponsors.BIAWE has grown tremendously over the last few years to become a key partner in the Windsor Essex community when it comes to education, awareness and support of those living with the effects of acquired brain injury on a daily basis. By defining our vision, values and strategic direction we are poised to continue and expand upon the quality services we already offer the community.
We’re working on the BIAWE’s Strategic Plan for 2020 to 2025.
