BIAWE BBQ & Pit Stop

Date: Tuesday July 24, 2012
Location: Sandpoint Beach along the Ganatchio Trail – Windsor, ON
Time: 2:00 – 5:00pm
What: BBQ • Outdoor Games • Scavenger Hunt • Helmet Fittings/Checks • Bicycle Safety Displays • Prizes
Why: To meet and have fun with ABI survivors their caregivers, family members & friends. To educate the community about helmet and bicycle safety.


Kid’s Dash, 5K RUN/WALK

Date: SUNDAY, MAY 27, 2012
Location: NATIONAL SPORTS 13580 Tecumseh Rd East – TECUMSEH, ON
Time: 9:00 A.M. STARTS

Helmets on Kids

The Brain Injury Association of Windsor/Essex County donated more than 50 helmets to the All Saints Church skate lending program Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, in Windsor, Ont. The Helmets on Kids program will allow the church to lend out helmets to children skating at the nearby Charles Clark Square outdoor ice surface.
